These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Vyaparpatri (the "platform"). By browsing the site, creating an account, listing a business, or submitting a review, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Who Can Use Vyaparpatri

The platform is open to anyone searching for local businesses, and to business owners who want to list their business. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or a listing, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Business Listings

• Listings must accurately describe a real, operating business.
• New listings and claims are reviewed by our team before they go live.
• We may remove or suspend a listing that is fraudulent, duplicate, or violates these terms.
• Verification badges reflect documents we've reviewed at a point in time — they aren't a continuing guarantee of a business's conduct.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the business. We moderate reviews before they're publicly visible and may hide or remove reviews that are fake, abusive, off-topic, or otherwise violate these terms. Business owners may respond publicly to reviews on their own listing.

Paid Plans

Business owners may purchase a paid listing plan for additional visibility and features. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Plan pricing, billing cycle, and included features are shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

Leads & Quote Requests

When you request a quote or contact a business through the platform, we pass your contact details to that business so they can respond. We aren't a party to, and don't guarantee the outcome of, any transaction between you and a business.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false reviews, fake listings, or impersonate another business or person.
• Scrape, copy, or republish listing data at scale without permission.
• Attempt to bypass moderation, verification, or spam-prevention measures.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Vyaparpatri name, logo, and website design are our property and may not be copied or used without permission. Business owners retain ownership of the content they submit (business details, photos, descriptions) but grant us a license to display it on the platform for as long as the listing remains active. Reviewers similarly retain ownership of their reviews but grant us a license to publish them on the platform. We may remove any content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

Vyaparpatri is a directory that connects customers and businesses — we don't guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listed business or service. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between customers and businesses on the platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises out of or in connection with your use of the platform, please first reach out to support@vyaparpatri.com so we can try to resolve it directly. If it can't be resolved that way, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
